Open Enrollment
The PANTHEOS Group is
pleased to provide this resource to assist you with your
planning and preparation for Open Enrollment this year. Open
Enrollment gives you the annual opportunity to make changes to
your benefit elections. Open Enrollment will be held from
October 15 – November 15, 2011.
On this web site, you will find information on the program
eligible for open enrollment as well as a UNIVERSAL enrollment
form that covers elections in many of the PANTHEOS programs. For
more detailed information about each program and the carriers,
visit the "MyBenefits" home page at
www.mypantheos.com.
We are also happy to announce that our dental and vision
carriers have renewed our programs this year with NO rate
increase! Therefore, you will not see a change in your monthly
premiums if you should decide to remain covered. Also, we are
excited to announce that we have a new flexible spending account
vendor for 2012, Mangrove. Mangrove provides total on-line
access to your flexible spending accounts, including on-line
claim submission. Plus, ALL the flexible spending accounts have
debit card access and handled claim
reimbursements via direct deposit. For those participants with
Aflac Flex in 2011, you must submit your final claims as soon as
possible but no later than 3/31/12.
We encourage you to spend time closely reviewing the general
information and plan changes before you enroll. By preparing for
your enrollment, your experience will be fast and easy!
All enrollment or waiver forms must be submitted to the
PANTHEOS office NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 15th of 2011.
Failing to submit an enrollment form will automatically default
to a waiver of participation. Outside of a life event (birth,
marriage, divorce or death), you will not be able to make
changes, drop or add coverage on the PANTHEOS programs until
1/1/13.
